"We wanted to pull the TV really low for watching and put it back above the fireplace when not in use. MM700 fits well for this purpose. Its frame is wide enough that we were able to screw it to three studs (not necessary, but nice for extra stability). The pull tension is well adjustable."

"Very easy, straight forward installation. The mount feels rock solid and everything is easily adjustable (pan, tilt, up/down movement & load weight adjustment). Only negative worth mentioning was the screw head on the Sonus Arc was too small for the holes/slots on the included sound bar mount flaps, which was easily fixable with washers. But if you own a Sonus Arc and don’t have washers handy, then you’d have to make a trip to the hardware store mid-installation. Other than that very minor thing, very satisfied with the product, I would highly recommend."
